7. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth delivery, clients must:

- Supply required access (ad accounts, websites, hosting, CRM, etc.)
- Approve creatives, pages, and strategies on time
- Not violate advertising policies or legal requirements
We are not responsible for delays caused due to missing access, incomplete briefs, or policy violations from the client’s side.
8. Intellectual Property
For custom work (websites, funnels, ads):
- The client owns the final output once full payment is completed.
- DigiArise retains the right to use completed projects in portfolios or case studies unless you request otherwise in writing.
For digital products (templates, guides, kits):
- You receive a personal or business license.
- You may NOT resell, distribute, share, or reproduce them.
9. Marketing Platform Policies
DigiArise is not responsible for:
- Account bans or restrictions on Facebook, Instagram, Google, or any platform
- Policy violations by the client
- Delays caused due to third-party integrations, APIs, or platform errors
We ensure compliance but cannot control platform-level decisions.

11. Limitation of Liability

- Unforeseen circumstances like outages, delays, or force majeure events
Our responsibility is strictly limited to the amount you paid for the service.

All marketing involves variables beyond our control (competition, product-market fit, brand maturity, budgets, etc.).
Therefore, we do not guarantee:
- Specific sales
- Specific number of leads
- Specific revenue amounts
- ROI within a particular timeframe
We provide best practices, expert execution, and proven strategies — results rely on multiple factors.
13. Termination of Services

- Payment is not completed within the given timeline
