1. General Refund Policy

We follow a 5-day refund window from the date of purchase for eligible cases.
After 5 days, no refunds will be issued.
2. Refund Eligibility (Within 5 Days)
A refund may be approved only if ALL the following conditions are met:

If no work, setup, or onboarding has been initiated.
✔ B. No Resources Have Been Delivered
This includes:
- Funnels
- Ads
- Website files
- Strategies
- Digital downloads
✔ C. Refund Request Is Raised Within 5 Days
You must email support@digiarise.com within 5 days of purchase.
If all criteria are met, the refund will be approved.
3. Non-Refundable Items & Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
❌ A. Work Has Already Started
If we have:
- Started planning your campaign
- Begun account setup
- Created creatives
- Shared strategy or funnels
- Completed onboarding
- Scheduled or completed meetings
❌ B. Digital Products
All digital products such as templates, kits, guides, frameworks, and checklists are non-refundable, as they are instantly accessible.
❌ C. Partially Used Services
If you have already used part of the service, no partial refund will be issued.
❌ D. Client Delays
Refunds won’t be issued due to:
- Delayed responses
- Missing access
- Failure to share required information
- Change of mind
❌ E. Platform Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Facebook / Meta / Google account bans
- Policy violations
- Slow performance due to algorithm changes
These issues are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
4. Service Cancellations

A. If Cancellation Is Requested Within 5 Days:
Refund may be approved only if no work has started.
B. If Cancellation Is Requested After 5 Days:
No refund will be issued, but the service may be stopped upon request.

7. Project Pausing vs Cancelling
If you wish to pause a project rather than cancel it:
- We can hold your project for up to 30 days
- No refunds apply
- Work will resume when you provide the required details
8. Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment is made:
✔ 100% refund will be issued
✔ No charges will apply
✔ Processed within 5–7 business days
